By purchasing soft play products with us, online or by phone, you agree that you have read the following information regarding our shipping times, fees, and all other policy and warranty information.
Shipping Time
SoftPlayAtoZ.com ships most items within 7-14 business days. During back to school, holiday, and other busy seasons, it may take up to 21 business days for your soft play items to ship. Be sure to allow for 1-7 additional days for transit. In the case of a backordered item, your soft play order may be delayed. In this event, we will contact you to advise of your backorder.
If you would like to check the status of a soft play order, simply log into our system with the username and password you were provided when you made your puurchase. It is important to note that all soft play orders are processed once payment is received. If you mailed in your payment via check, your order will not be processed until we have received clearance from your banking institution.
Note: Often times orders for soft play products do not ship in one box or bag, please note that you may receive separate shipments at varying times.
Shipping Charges:
Our items can ship one of three ways: STANDARD size/weight for shipping within
the 48 contiguous United States. These items are considered non-freight and will
ship via UPS, Fedex or USPS. Items that are Freight will be
marked as such in the description or with an "*" at the end of the item and
may incur additional charges.
WE WILL NOT CHARGE ANY PART OF YOUR ORDER UNTIL WE HAVE
NOTIFIED YOU OF EXTRA SHIPPING AND RECEIVED YOUR APPROVAL.
Free Shipping Specials:
'Free shipping' specials are only available to residents in the 48 contiguous United States. International shipping destinations, Alaska and Hawaii, and APO addresses will be subject to shipping charges if we are able to ship the particular item(s) to your location. Please call or email us for charges.
Freight charges:
Soft play items considered 'freight' (see above under shipping charges) will be marked as such in the description, or noted with a "*" at the end of the item number and/or stated
in the item description section. Freight charges are calculated based on location and services required. Please call us at:
1-800-953-2869 for more information regarding freight shipments and quotes. You are responsible for ALL freight charges, unless stated elsewhere.
In most circumstances we are able to ship to US Freight Forwarders. Please call us for rates and product availability.
FREIGHT items:
IMPORTANT: You MUST verify and inspect ALL shipments at the time of delivery. If you are not pleased with the condition of the shipment, you MUST make a note of it on the bill of lading before the freight carrier leaves, or refuse the shipment. We require that you report such items within 48 hours from receipt. In addition, if you did not keep the original packaging, we are unable to assist you with the return or refund of your purchase.
Freight quotes for your soft play shipment are subject to change, but are valid for 14 days from date of quotation.
CUSTOMER INSPECTION:
You are responsible for verifying and inspecting all shipments at the time of
delivery. If you are not pleased with the condition of the shipment and have confirmed that damage has been incurred, refuse the package. If you are uncertain, make a note
of it on the bill of lading before the freight carrier leaves. We require that you report such items within 48 hours from receipt.
Manufacturer Policies:
All products contain manufacturer warranties. For information regarding your specific product warranty, please contact us. If you have a product warranty claim, please contact us for assistance and have your date of purchase and/or receipt number available. We will then contact the manufacturer on your behalf or put you in contact with the soft play manufacturer directly.
Backorders: SoftPlayAtoZ.com may ships many soft play items directly from the manufacturer. Although we cannot control our soft play manufacturer inventory levels, we will do our best to notify you if an item you have purchased is going to have delayed shipping.
Return/Exchange Policy:
Returns of soft play products will not be accepted without prior authorization from us. They will only be accepted if we hear from you within 30 days from delivery date. All returns must be in original, unused condition and packed with the original packaging. When requesting to make a return, please include date of purchase (billing date) invoice number, and/or receipt transaction number. Returns are subject to additional shipping fees and/or restocking fees. RETURNS WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION FROM US may not be refunded. Failure to return an item without prior authorization from us may result in the forfeiture of your product(s) and any payment we received for such product(s). The original packaging must be used to re-pack the item for return shipping. Contact us for the exact return/exchange policy as each manufacturer will vary:

Credits for returned soft play merchandise may take 1-2 weeks from the time your item is returned the warehouse. Each soft play item must undergo inspectinon for use and damage before a credit can be issued. Please contact us to check the status of your credit.
Restocking Fees:
Restocking fees may apply on returns. Shipping costs are always non refundable and return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility. Items being returned must be unused.
Cancellations:
Most orders placed cannot be cancelled and may be subject to restocking fees and/or an administration fee to cancel the order. Shipping charges incurred for returning items will be the responsibility of the customer.
