Shipping Times & Charges ------------------------ Shipping Time: All items are shipped once payment is received. About 95% of products ship out within 1-3 days. Some items may be delayed depending on stock availability. In case of backorders, items typically take 2-4 weeks. If your order may be extended beyond this time frame we will contact you. Note: If your order contains multiple items, you could receive separate shipments. Shipping rates DO NOT include additional charges to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada. Please contact us for these additional fees, otherwise a representative will contact you once your order is received.
Shipping Charges: Most of our items will ship based on a STANDARD size/weight and will be charged at a percentage of your total purchase, as reflected on your emailed order confirmation. The majority of our products are considered non-freight and will ship UPS or FedEx.
PLEASE NOTE: If the item number contains a '*' in the item number or your item(s) description stated, 'OS1/OS2', 'Additional Shipping Charges Apply', or 'Truck', additional shipping fees for these odd-size/weight items may require us to contact you for approval. Note: It is typically no more than 20% of purchase price, unless you are in a very rural area, or deliveries to your location are uncommon. If you are located in in Alaska or Hawaii there will be additional shipping charges that we must quote via phone or email only. If you order is placed without a shipping quote, we will email or phone you with additional charges.
Backorders: SoftPlayAtoZ.com orders most items directly from the manufacturer. Although we cannot control manufacturer inventory levels, we will do our best to notify you if an item you have purchased is going to have delayed shipping. PLEASE CHECK YOUR PACKING SLIP TO SEE IF AN ITEM IS ON BACKORDER BEFORE YOU PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Backordered items may be canceled by calling us: 1-800-953-AtoZ.
Return Policy & Warranty ------------------------ Damaged items: You are responsible for verifying and inspecting all shipments at the time of delivery. If you are not pleased with the condition of the shipment, make a note of it on the bill of lading before the freight carrier leaves, or refuse the shipment. We require that you report such items within 48 hours from receipt. Please call us at 1-800-953-2869.
Return/Exchange Policy: Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization from us. When requesting authorization to make returns, please include your name & invoice date. Returns are subject to additional shipping and/or restocking fees. Contact us for the exact return/exchange policy as each manufacturer will vary.
Restocking Fees: 10% - 30% restocking fee will apply on all returns. Shipping costs are not refundable and return shipping fees are purchasers responsibility.
Cancellations: Most orders placed cannot be cancelled and will be subject to a 10% - 30% restocking fee (if items were ordered and shipped). These policies vary by manufacturer. Shipping charges incurred for returning items may be the responsibility of the customer. |
