Shipping Times & Charges
Our Soft Play AtoZ products typically ship to deliver within 3-14 business days. Some of the soft play products may be delayed depending on stock status, season, etc. In case of backordered soft play products, they usually take no longer than 21-30 days. Remember: If your order contains several Soft Play AtoZ items, varied shipments may arrive. Our published and check-out shipping rates DO NOT include additional charges to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or other international locations. Please contact us for these additional fees, otherwise a representative will contact you once your order is received. We do work with freight forwards if you need an international shipment from Soft Play AtoZ.
Most of our items will ship based on a STANDARD size/weight and will be charged as a percentage of your total purchase, as reflected on your emailed order confirmation. The majority of our products are considered non-freight and will ship UPS or FedEx.
PLEASE NOTE: If the item number contains a '*' in the item number or your item(s) description stated, 'OS1/OS2', 'Additional Shipping Charges Apply', or 'Truck', additional shipping fees for these odd-size/weight items may require us to contact you for approval. Note: It is typically no more than 20% of purchase price, unless you are in a very rural area, or deliveries to your location are uncommon. If you are located in in Alaska or Hawaii there will be additional shipping charges that we must quote via phone or email only. If you order is placed without a shipping quote, we will email or phone you with additional charges and we will not make any charges until this shipping has been approved.
Soft Play A to Z orders items directly from the manufacturer. Although we cannot control manufacturer inventory levels, we will do our best to notify you if an item you have purchased is going to have delayed shipping. PLEASE CHECK YOUR PACKING SLIP TO SEE IF AN ITEM IS ON BACKORDER BEFORE YOU PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Backordered items may be canceled by calling us: 1-800-953-AtoZ.
Return Policy & Warranty
We will gladly exchange your product in case of a damage as long as you followed all of the instructions noted here. You are responsible for verifying and inspecting all shipments at the time of delivery. If you are not pleased with the condition of the shipment, make a note of it on the bill of lading before the freight carrier leaves, or refuse the shipment. We require that you report such items to a Soft Play AtoZ associate within 48 hours from receipt. Please call us at 1-800-953-2869.
Returns will only be accepted within 30 days from receipt of items.. You must email us for a return authorization number to mark on the package(s) being returned. When emailing us, we request that you include your name & invoice date. Returns are subject to return shipping fees and/or restocking fees. The restocking fee is typically 15-25% depending on the product purchased. Note that Free Shipping items that are refunded will include a 15% charge for the original shipping that we incurred to deliver your products.
All Soft Play AtoZ products carry a manufacturer warranty that ranges from 1 to 7 years depeding on the item. Please contact us if you have questions regarding a specific soft play product.
